Essential Skills for Care Team Leaders:
* Experience in a care environment, supported living, or residential care is essential.
* Experience leading a care team is essential.
* Health & Social Care Adults Level 3 Qualification.
* Experience working with adults with autism.
* Experience working with adults with learning disabilities.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Ability to stay calm under pressure.
* Passionate about making a difference in others' lives.

What We Do:
We are a well-established nationwide healthcare provider specializing in mental health services. Our homes are designed to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health issues, located within thriving communities that offer educational, recreational, and social activities.
We aim to positively impact the experiences of individuals with mental health difficulties, primarily through a person-centred approach. We measure outcomes tailored to each individual’s needs using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.
Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure before starting employment. The employer will cover the cost of the disclosure.
