Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Commercial Manager to lead and expand growth across multiple sectors, including Discount, Wholesale, Convenience, Retail, E-commerce, and Pharmacy. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships, optimize sales and profitability, and develop tailored growth strategies that align with both supplier and customer objectives.
As the driving force behind category performance, you will take ownership of all aspects of your portfolio, from managing supplier terms to recovering costs associated with residuals and overstocks. Success in this role will come from your ability to communicate effectively, implement joint business plans, and make impactful decisions to achieve sales and profitability targets.
