The role:
* Being the first point of contact for our customers and answering queries across a range of channels such as incoming calls, WhatsApp, email, web chat etc.
* Effectively managing customer complaints and escalations, where necessary.
* Process customer orders and be able to answer questions regarding the products to help our customers make an informed decision.
* Proactively seek out opportunities to cross-sell, up-sell and increase account spending to maximise revenue and growth.
* As a direct contact with our customers, you have the chance to optimise operations and efficiency by listening to customer feedback.
* Close sales and contracts and be driven to exceed expectations of sales targets.
* Opportunity to attend dental industry conferences to keep abreast of new developments.
* Support office administrative tasks where necessary and collaborate with other departments.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, business or dental field.
* A background as a dental professional such as a dental nurse, receptionist, hygienist, practice manager or other similar role is preferred.
* Proven track record in dental sales and established contacts within the industry.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, hence flexibility and adaptability are crucial.
* Pleasant telephonic and communication skills.
* Prior customer service and support role in the dental industry is beneficial.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, to prioritise workload.
For the right candidate, we offer a competitive Remuneration of £25,000 - £40,000, based on experience, with performance-linked commissions on top and opportunities for professional development to ensure your growth with us.
