Sales Administrator
Salary: £23,700 – weekly paid
Location: Mansfield, Nottinghamshire
We are currently supporting an expanding and forward-thinking company in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire with the recruitment of a temp to permanent administrator due to internal promotion. Your key tasks will be to provide support to a busy sales and estimating team.
Job Description / Responsibilities:
* Making telephone calls to seek updates on ‘unsecured’ projects.
* Organising samples for customers as and when required.
* Answering telephone calls with customer queries.
* Running reports from our CRM system to chase work.
* Greeting customers and organising refreshments.
* Covering the sales inbox as and when required.
Requirements & Qualifications:
* Self-motivated and organised individual that also offers excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong team-player with a drive to succeed.
* Time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise work.
* High standard of accuracy and attention to detail.
* Previous experience of working in an office is essential.
