Job Description: As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various healthcare settings, including hospitals, clinics, and outpatient facilities. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing and implementing nursing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical skills, a compassionate approach to patient care, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments. Requirements: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited nursing program. Current RN licensure in the state of employment; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting; experience in a specific specialty (e.g., emergency, critical care) is a plus. Strong clinical and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR). Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to manage multiple patients and prioritize care effectively. Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform tasks requiring physical exertion. Responsibilities: Assess patient health problems and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain accurate medical records. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and revise patient care plans. Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and their families. Ensure all care delivered meets the established standards of practice and safety guidelines.
