Your Place Of Work, What To Expect:
You’ll be based at the Sheraton Heathrow Hotel in a reactive, target-oriented setting, reporting to the Events Manager. In this role, you will work closely with Sales & Revenue departments as well as the hotel's Operations Departments to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
What You’ll Do:
* Prepare sales-related documents, including proposals, contracts and banquet event orders
* Put together information packages, brochures and other promotional materials
* Use sales techniques to maximise revenue while maintaining existing guest loyalty
* Promote awareness of our brand image internally and externally
* Be a point of contact for clients and guests, responding to questions about hotel facilities and services
* Perform general office duties to support Sales & Events

Required Education and Experience:
* Demonstrates excellent selling skills, strong communication skills, and a detailed understanding of property operations
* Essential knowledge of Sales activities which drive Revenue
Preferred:
* Knowledge of Marriott sales systems, including PMS, Opera, Marsha
