We are seeking a Mental Health Practitioner to join our Crisis Triage and Response Team based in Chester.
The successful applicant will work across Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Services, which includes Crisis Triage and Response Service, Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services, and Liaison and Diversion Services.
Main Duties of the Job
The role of a Practitioner is to work within a multi-disciplinary team, providing a comprehensive assessment of people presenting in crisis.
You will undertake detailed assessments of people's needs and use your clinical skills and knowledge to provide intervention and treatment.

Qualifications and Experience
1. Recognised qualification in mental health - RMN, AHP, Psychology, Social care (AMHPs)
Knowledge and Expertise
1. Specialist knowledge and experience of crisis and urgent care pathways within working age and older adults
2. An understanding of the Mental Health Act / Mental Health Capacity Act & DOLS requirements
3. Awareness of community structures and social care options and processes
4. Understanding of least restrictive practice.
