Salary: £33,700 to £36,000 per annum Working Pattern: Full time, 37 hours per week, including regular evening and weekend work Closing Date: 4th April 2025 Interview Date: Week commencing 14th April 2025 The Role The Pathway Coach will support the development of a Flatwater Junior Pathway at the Royal Canoe Club, alongside delivering the key strategic objectives of the England Talent Programme. The Pathway Coach will support junior paddlers in their development journey in becoming successful flatwater athletes, by developing their skills, knowledge and attributes, with the aim of progressing towards future Olympic programmes. The role will support the delivery of the annual objectives of the Royal Canoe Club, for example, establishing and sustaining recruitment programmes, alongside supporting the delivery of GB Junior Training Squad and Junior Development Squad events.
