Overview
This role involves managing and developing existing accounts, driving sales growth, and securing new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will proactively identify prospects, develop relationships, and effectively manage accounts to meet monthly sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
Responsibilities
1. Meet weekly and monthly visit targets set by management.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts, achieving targeted spend and maintaining margins.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and following up leads.
4. Attend networking and trade events to expand professional connections.
5. Plan and prioritize sales activities to meet agreed business goals effectively.
6. Respond to sales inquiries and follow up to convert leads into sales.
7. Prepare quotations and provide technical sales advice and support.
8. Complete visit reports and maintain the CRM system daily.
Requirements
1. The ideal candidate must be happy to travel to Uxbridge x 5 days a week.
2. Goal-driven and target-oriented.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Strong computer literacy and familiarity with Windows applications.
5. Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage workload and prioritize effectively.
