The person will provide strategic leadership and inspire staff, trustees, funders, and other stakeholders to achieve our ambitious goals.

What You'll Do
Reporting to the Board of Trustees, you'll lead Claremont with vision and purpose, ensuring operational excellence, financial sustainability, and community impact. Your responsibilities will include:
* Vision & Leadership: Inspire and implement Claremont's vision to deliver stellar wellbeing outcomes, particularly for older people.
* Team Management: Lead, coach, and align staff and volunteers to foster a relational and inclusive culture
* Fundraising & Finance: Drive income generation, manage budgets and ensure financialresilience
* Governance: Uphold best practices in charity governance, safeguarding and clinical services.
* Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with funders, local authorities, and other organisations.
* Operations & Facilities: Oversee daily operations and ensure our historic building remains a vibrant hub for community life.
