My client is seeking a Bid Manager with a focus on work winning. This role will offer flexible / hybrid working and will be based from their Birmingham office. The successful Bid Manager will be a key part of the pre-construction team and will be responsible for managing the work winning / 1st stage bid process.

Bid Manager role requirements
Extensive experience with work winning and 1 stage tenders
Must have worked for a Main Contractor previously
Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar roles
Strong client facing and presentational skills
Ability to lead and coordinate work winning process effectively
