Provide your secretarial, typing and administrative skills to support the Counter Corruption Unit. We investigate serious misconduct and criminal matter that may have been committed by staff within the organisation. The CCU also look at the proactive elements to this area to ensure our systems are not exploited for criminal purposes. The Counter Corruption Unit (CCU) are looking to recruit a Team Organiser to undertake tasks for the day to day running of the Professional Standards Department. This is a full time permanent position based at Denby. What You’ll Be Doing Undertaking research and preparing responses on behalf of the Management team. Analysing information to produce letters and reports. Maintaining records, files and specific data bases. The must haves GCSE Grade ‘C/4’ English Language or equivalent, or previous experience of receiving and actioning written and verbal communications. Previous experience in an administrative role with the ability to work independently and use initiative. Good organisational skills with previous experience of organising diaries, arranging meetings and taking minutes.
