We are looking for a dedicated Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical expertise, ensuring the smooth operation of equipment across a variety of industries.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nProvide first-line call-out and service support for customers\nPerform routine servicing and breakdown response for service contract customers\nService and test LEV (Local Exhaust Ventilation) equipment in compliance with current COSHH legislation and HSE guidance\nCommission and conduct performance testing on new equipmentSkills, Experience, and Qualifications:\n\nProven track record in field service engineering\nSolid understanding of engineering processes and technical problem-solving\nExperience in the HVAC/dust and fume extraction industry is a plus\nExperience with LEV testing and electrical qualifications are advantageous\nFamiliarity with HMIs and inverters is desirable\nProficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel\nP601 Certification required\nFull, clean driving licensePersonal Qualities:\n\nSelf-motivated with a proactive attitude\nStrong problem-solving and analytical abilities\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nAbility to work effectively both independently and as part of a team\nDedicated with a willingness to travel\nIT literate and adaptable to new technologies
