Love creating video? Podcasts? Experience in B2B?
We’re looking for a creative content and video producer to level up our marketing efforts. You’ll need to have a good understanding of marketing and a flair for visual and digital media. The ideal candidate will be a natural at video, audio, editing, lighting and animation, and will have created content for LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, X and/or TikTok.
You’ll be working closely with our Content Marketing Manager to create highly engaging podcasts, long-form video, and shorts across a range of payments topics. That could be Instant Payments and the role of AI in financial services one week, and human trafficking the next.
Key responsibilities:
Own video: You’ll be the go-to for all things videos. You’ll help to shoot, edit and animate our visual assets. That includes technical explainers, shorts, interviews, podcasts and everything in between.
Create once, publish everywhere: Every explainer and podcast will become multiple shorter videos to distribute across a range of platforms.
Support pre-production and shoots: You’ll help to mic, light and prep our guests for video and podcast shoots, offering creative input where necessary.
Bring ideas: This is a collaborative role. We’d love for you to come up with ideas, tweaks and suggestions for how we can create the best content in our industry.
Understand platforms: You’ll have a good understanding of how to tailor content to specific channels, specifically LinkedIn and YouTube. You’ll be on top of the latest trends and know how to grow an audience.
Be inquisitive: Would shortening the introduction increase viewing time? Could tweaking a thumbnail increase click? What about changing the title? You’ll be curious, analytical, and willing to make changes if something isn’t working.
What you’ll bring:
* 2-4 years minimum of proven experience in content creation (we’d love to see examples of your work)
* Background in B2B (an interest in payments, banking or financial crime is not essential but it would be a bonus)
* Proficient in editing and animation software (e.g. Premiere Pro and After Effects)
* Ability to work quickly to meet deadlines (this is absolutely essential)
* A can-do attitude
