As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for driving sales and meeting targets, giving a customer an impeccable experience by providing advice and building customer rapport.

Responsibilities:
1. Liaising with customers on quotes, new business, adjustments, renewals, and claims.
2. Delivering an excellent underwriting service on an 'advised basis' (arranging cover & administering policies).
3. Providing friendly, efficient, and tailored client advice, in line with FCA requirements.
4. Driving sales and meeting individual targets.
5. Handling customer enquiries, resolving issues, and building relationships.
6. Maintaining product and industry knowledge up to date via CPD.
Requirements:
1. Experience in insurance or a related field is preferred.
2. Previous sales or customer service experience preferred.
3. Strong relationship building, communication, and customer service skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
5. Organised, motivated, proactive, driven, and ambitious.
6. Proficiency in managing multiple tasks and systems.
In return, the successful Sales Advisor will receive a salary of £25,000 - £30,000, plus the following benefits:
