Team Leader - Motor Vehicle
Contract: Full Time, Permanent, (37.5 hrs per wk, Mon-Fri, 8.30am - 4.30pm)
Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 pa (depending on experience & qualifications)
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Team Leader in our Motor Vehicle Department based in our Wolverhampton centre.

Our programme delivery now includes; 16-18 study programmes, pre-apprenticeships, provision for learners with high needs, apprenticeships and 14-16 alternative provision.

As a Team Leader you will be required to lead the Motor Vehicle coaches to deliver high quality apprenticeship training which results in the achievement of company KPI’s across the Apprenticeship programme.
You will conduct remote training, teaching, learning and coaching sessions through Google and support learners with face to face visits each quarter to provide training and support, review progress and set targets. Conducting End Point Assessment mock visits to ensure the learner is gateway ready.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a workforce of Apprenticeships coaches to meet and exceed KPIS, meet the quality strategy and targets set.
Conduct regular reviews with identified staff and set SMART monthly targets to ensure KPIs are achieved.
Conduct field observations, shadowing visits to ensure all delivery staff are working to the highest standards and are effectively supporting individuals to progress.
Manage delivery staff caseload allocation and caseload management.
Collate regular feedback from learners, employers, and other stakeholders. Analyse data and make recommendations for improvement.
To keep abreast of developments within own areas of expertise, attend training and keep resources up to date to reflect the requirements of Nova Training and awarding organisations.
Manage and support apprentice and employer on planning and achievement of 20% “off the job” training, recorded correctly against the Standard Experience & Qualifications
Relevant, successful experience of supervising and managing high standards of delivery in Vocational qualifications against stringent, challenging targets.
Significant knowledge of the apprenticeship programme requirements.
Knowledge of current qualification structure.
An understanding of, and demonstrable commitment to, safeguarding
At least two years’ experience of supervising / delivering training within Apprenticeships.
Evidence of occupational competence, in related occupations Verifier Award Level 2 literacy, numeracy, ICT skills
Current full UK Drivers licence (with full access to a vehicle)
