Job Description Job Purpose Radius is seeking a highly analytical and strategic Outbound Sales Operations Manager to join our Group Data Science Team. This role is critical in driving sales performance across multiple regions and business units by leveraging data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role will lead a team of analysts who conduct in-depth sales performance analysis, process optimization, and reporting. They will work closely with sales leadership, regional teams, and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency, ensuring outbound sales teams operate at peak performance. The role will report to the Head of Group Data Science and will be primarily located at the group’s head office in Crewe. Your Responsibilities Day To Day Will Be… Sales Performance & Strategy Act as a strategic partner to outbound sales leadership by providing insights and recommendations to improve sales performance. Monitor key sales KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline velocity, lead quality) and drive actions to enhance efficiency. Work with data science teams to build predictive models and data-driven strategies to optimize outbound sales efforts. Implement frameworks for consistent sales forecasting, pipeline management, and target setting. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Manage and mentor a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality analysis and reporting. Collaborate with regional and business unit sales teams to align sales operations efforts with strategic goals. Serve as the bridge between sales and the central data science team, ensuring insights are actionable and relevant to sales teams. Partner with marketing, finance, and product teams to ensure smooth data flow and alignment on sales initiatives. Process Optimization & Sales Enablement Identify inefficiencies in outbound sales processes and work with teams to streamline workflows. Support the implementation of sales enablement tools (CRM, automation, analytics dashboards) to improve sales execution. Ensure data integrity and consistency across regions and business units for accurate reporting and analysis. Drive adoption of best practices for sales execution and pipeline management. Stakeholder Management & Communication Communicate complex data insights to sales leaders in a clear, actionable manner. Act as the key point of contact for sales teams regarding operational support and data-driven decision-making. Develop and present regular reports on sales performance, highlighting opportunities and risks. What do we expect of you? 3 years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, business intelligence, or a related field. Strong leadership experience managing analysts and working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance teams. Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Tableau). Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into business strategy. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing senior leadership.
