JOB TITLE: E-Commerce Specialist
REPORTS TO: Head of Sales
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Reporting into the Head of Sales, your responsibilities will be to work closely with the sales team, especially the E-Commerce Manager, supporting the E-Com, Pharmacy & Grocery Channels.
You will also be required to work closely with supporting functions including Digital, Marketing, Shopper Marketing and Supply Chain.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Supporting sales and growth targets within sales function
2. Support the sales team with day to day tasks including but not limited to submitting promotions, analysing data, forecasting, budgeting trade spend, attending and contributing in internal meetings.
3. The main account focus will be working on Amazon, learning dashboards, data sets and supporting the management of the account.
4. Bridge the gap between other functions to help support 'one team' way of working.
5. Attend external customer meetings when required.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
Account Management
6. Support implementing accounts short term & long-term strategy/framework to achieving commercial targets across Amazon and other accounts.
Financial & Forecasting Responsibility
7. Support account managers with monthly forecasting cycles
Marketing Support
8. Support account managers to work with marketing team to align brand 360 activation with in-store activity.
9. Works closely with digital managers to optimize digital traffic & conversion
Internal Business Support
10. Support reporting weekly to the business on performance (i.e. overall targets, promotions, digital metrics) with clear recommendations.
11. Maintain an impactful presence and be comfortable interacting regularly with senior level management both at Abbott Nutrition and Amazon and other relevant accounts.
12. Involved in regional best practice sharing.

14. Build strong relationships internally and with external customers
15. Support reporting weekly to the business on performance (i.e. overall targets, promotions, digital metrics) with clear recommendations
16. Support working with demand/supply teams to forecast ongoing product performance and ensure accuracy across all relevant accounts
17. Supporting on growing ecommerce touchpoints
18. Work with digital specialist to optimise digital webpages (i.e. product pages, brand store) to drive engagement and conversion to improve overall digital KPIs
19. Support implementing strategies for all E-Com customers.
20. Support maintaining a clear yearly roadmap for all accounts and ensure they are implemented on time
21. Reporting weekly with clear recommendations to optimise plans
BACKGROUND/EDUCATION
Experience
22. Degree educated with a keen passion for E-Commerce and Sales.
23. Financial understanding i.e. P&Ls would be beneficial
24. Experience of FMCG/pharmaceutical/healthcare industry or appropriate marketing/business sector is preferred.
25. Evidence of achieving annual commercial targets
26. Excellent cross-functional working experience
27. A pro-active drive to learn and develop with the ambition to grow and progress in a company.
28. Analytical skills
29. A desire to learn
Education:
30. Educated to degree level and/or equivalent qualification with relevant commercial experience.
31. Competent use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.).
