Job Purpose The Commercial Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting commercial operations by assisting in various tasks related to sales, procurement, contracts, and overall business development. Liaise with partner suppliers to ensure compliance and service delivery. Contract Administration Support in the preparation, review, and administration of contracts and agreements. Maintain contract databases and ensure compliance with contractual terms. Assist in drafting contract amendments and renewals as necessary. Business Development Support Participate in key group forums to contribute to business strategy and risk mitigation. Attend meetings and presentations with potential clients or partners. Administrative Support Provide general administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence. Maintain organised filing systems and document repositories. Keep CRM updated with partner and client developments. Experience And Qualifications Experience in contracts or commercial departments is desirable. Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within legal, commercial, or contracts departments. Understanding of commercial processes, including sales, procurement, and contract management, is desirable.
