This is a role for a Therapy Services Administrator to be based at Bristol Clinic. Our ideal candidate is someone who has experience of working in an administration role. We are looking for someone who is able to answer phone calls in a professional telephone manner, deal with customer queries, signpost and redirect questions.

Bristol Park Clinic (Aztec West):
Situated in the north of Bristol, near Bradley Stoke and Patchway. It is close to the M4, M5 motorways and the Almondsbury Interchange. The clinic is easily accessible by car, bus, and train, making it a convenient location for both staff and clients.
The post holder will:
1. Ensure the reception area is maintained to a clean, tidy and professional standard.
2. Update patient details within Priory systems, ensuring accuracy of all data input.
3. Process specified invoices, investigating and resolving invoicing queries.
4. Proactively manage therapy costs, ensuring accurate rates and bill codes are utilised.
Essential criteria:
1. Strong Microsoft Office skills
2. Excellent customer service skills
Desirable criteria:
1. Administrative experience
