About the Role
As a Senior Reward Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on reward strategies, salary structures, and benefits packages.
Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality services, driving business growth, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement effective reward strategies to drive employee engagement and retention.
* Analyze market trends, competitor data, and industry benchmarks to inform salary structures and benefits packages.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, management, and external partners.
Requirements and Qualifications

* Proven experience in reward management, preferably in a similar industry or sector.
