The team at Malet Lambert School is looking for an individual to work as a Cover Supervisor who will play a vital role in supporting our students by ensuring they are provided with high-quality teaching and learning or targeted support when a member of staff is absent or unavailable. The working hours are up to 32 hours and 40 minutes from 8:25am to 3:40pm Monday and 8:25am to 3:30pm Tuesday to Friday during the school term. You will also be paid for an additional 32 hours 40 minutes per year, which enables you to attend team meetings, training, and development that sits outside your normal working hours. Your actual salary will be between £20,353.78 - £23,929.94 per annum depending on experience, and this will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year so even when it is the summer holidays, you continue to receive the same payment that month. We are looking for an individual who has a good standard of education including numeracy and literacy at GCSE grade C/4 or equivalent, demonstrable experience of working with young people in an educational setting and a good working knowledge of classroom management strategies.
