Responsibilities
* Schedule workload for engineers and subcontractors
* Manage reactive dispatch calls, assigning engineers based on location
* Raise Purchase Orders
* Assist in the production of quotations
* Use the internal scheduling system
* General Admin Support
Role Requirements
* Experience within a similar environment
* Able to use Outlook, Word and Excel.
* Excellent communication skills and written skills
* Experience with SAP is preferable but not required.
