Key Responsibilities:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll work closely with senior members of the Sales team and the Managing Director to support the recruitment process and deliver outstanding results. Your duties will include:
* Candidate Sourcing: Identifying top-tier talent for specific roles by leveraging various tools and platforms.
* CRM Management: Uploading candidates to Bullhorn and ensuring the system is up-to-date.
* Job Posting: Crafting and posting engaging job adverts on the Sterlings website and LinkedIn.
* CV Formatting: Ensuring CVs are polished and professionally presented for client submissions.
* Market Research & Business Development: Building your knowledge of the fintech industry and helping to develop a pipeline of leads for senior consultants.
* Learning the 360 Recruitment Process: Gaining insights from your peers to grow your expertise.
* Building Your Personal Brand: Becoming a recognised name in the recruitment world through networking and consistent engagement.
