Customer Technical Manager

Key responsibilities:
* Coordinating site technical standards
* To support and guide the site TM, QA manager, QA team and Operations teams in technical requirements and standards.
* To assist internal departments in reviewing and revising their procedures and records as they affect technical requirements.
* Communicate within the Business to ensure all stakeholders are aware of and adhere to the technical standards required by customers.
* Coordinate and cascade any customer changes as they affect policy or product to ensure ongoing internal compliance with customer requirements.
* Ensure technical compliance to customer requirements by monitoring and inputting into relevant technical systems:
* Specifications
* Artwork
* Customer complaints and quality queries
* Product rejections.
* Coordinating and communicating customer technical targets, priorities, and objectives; making them relevant to the business.
* Identify technical opportunities that would benefit the business and its customers, and implement the related project work.
