Lead and oversee sales teams, agents, and internal departments, ensuring effective coordination.
Manage marketing activities, national sales events, and support product development strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to secure key accounts and drive customer satisfaction.
Contribute to business development and operational strategy through the Executive Board.
Sales Director / Head of Sales / Operations Director Requirements
Proven leadership experience within HVAC managing sales teams and driving results.
Strong strategic planning, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Ability to identify new business opportunities and support product development.
Experience implementing CRM systems and enabling sales technologies.
Proven knowledge and experience in the HVAC sector is essential.
