About the role:
At London South East Colleges (LSEC), we are seeking a dynamic Business Development professional to focus on our motor vehicle & Management Sectors. This role is crucial in fostering industry partnerships, enhancing apprenticeship programmes, and ensuring excellent management practices. This role is a commission based role with a potential of earning £45K.
Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain relationships with management & motor vehicle businesses.
* Develop strategic partnerships to promote LSEC's apprenticeship programmes.
* Design and implement industry-aligned apprenticeship programmes.
* Conduct outreach to attract apprentices and inform businesses of the benefits.
* Provide ongoing support to apprentices and businesses to ensure success.
* Oversee the coordination and smooth operation of apprenticeship programmes.
* Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making necessary adjustments.
* Prepare and present reports on program outcomes and business engagement.
Skills and Qualifications:
* Strong background in apprenticeships or sales sector.
* Experience in developing and managing apprenticeship programmes.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
* Ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions quickly.
