Salary: 124,800 - 135,600 GBP per year Requirements:
* Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
* Strong experience with Dynamics 2011 CRM, specifically related to the upgrade to D365 CE.
* Proficient in C#, JavaScript, and the Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps).
* Experience in developing and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM applications, including forms, views, dashboards, and business rules.
* Familiarity with integrating D365 CRM with other business applications using web services, APIs, and data connectors.
* Knowledge of tools and strategies for migrating data between Dynamics 2011 and D365 CE Online.
* Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve CRM-related issues during the upgrade process.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the migration of CRM data, customizations, and configurations from Dynamics 2011 to D365 CE Online.
* Develop custom plugins, workflows, and integrations within Dynamics 365 CRM.
* Provide technical support during the migration and resolve any issues related to the upgrade process.
* Configure and customize D365 CRM modules, including Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing, to meet business requirements.
* Ensure smooth data migration, integrity, and testing from the legacy Dynamics 2011 system to D365 CE Online.
* Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and the wider development team to ensure successful project delivery.
* Perform unit testing and assist with user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the system meets the defined requirements.
