This role will be responsible for building and managing a team of configuration analysts focused on implementing and maintaining solutions in our global timekeeping, scheduling, and attendance system. As a part of this team you will collaborate with fellow Workforce Management teammates around the world to develop and deliver innovative solutions in support of Apple’s continually evolving business. Key Qualifications Demonstrable expertise in configuring UKG Workforce Central, including Time and Attendance, Employee Scheduling, and WIM Interfaces Experience leading a team of technical resources across several project workstreams Experience managing and adhering to development sprint cycles and scheduled release management Understanding of foundational compliance and operational business concepts used in the development of WFM solutions such as compensation, overtime, and other time-based premiums Strong problem solving and analytical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to develop solutions according to changing business needs Ability to manage a complex global project development portfolio and deliver correct, comprehensive results on time Capacity to connect and effectively engage with the relevant teams to achieve the desired results Understanding of the project lifecycle including gathering and documenting requirements, performing UAT, rolling out the project to the process area, and supporting warranty efforts Familiarity with upstream and downstream integrated systems including Payroll and HRIS Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to last minute changes with ease Description - Leading a team of WFM configuration analysts in documenting business requirements, designing high quality solutions, and managing implementation and process change - Working closely with fellow team leaders to propose solutions, review requirements and configuration design, and sign off on configuration releases - Designing a sustainable sprint and development release schedule and helping deliver high-quality solutions on time - Reviewing and documenting existing system configuration and presenting detailed comparisons for to-be analysis - Ensuring the accuracy, security, and privacy of confidential information in a SOX- and GDPR-compliant environment - Guiding the development of application test plans, working closely with our QA team for issue escalations and fixes - Creating cutover plans for configuration release Education & Experience Bachelors degree from a premier school Role Number: 200497259
