We’re currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join us at Charlton. This is a really exciting time to join as Charlton is soon to be one of our flagship centres, where you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the centre's success.
This isn’t your average centre; it will be upgraded with the latest facilities to lead the way in providing a first-class customer experience and a great working environment. You will work alongside the Centre Manager to provide productive management and leadership while driving profitability.
With a firm focus on the customer journey, the centre team will consist of around 12 members, including a workshop controller, skilled technicians, and customer service advisors, to deliver a seamless experience.
To be successful in this role:
You’ll need the desire to help drive business performance, be passionate about the customer experience, and seek a long-term career with excellent progression and training schemes. Technical experience is not essential.

Skills and Experience:
* Experience/Ability to deliver high customer satisfaction and experience through effective management
* Experience/Ability to deliver coaching/training to colleagues
* Experience of meeting compliance standards across Health and Safety
* Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
* IT Proficient, with the willingness to learn in-house systems
* Good time management
* A current valid driving licence
