We are currently looking for a Strategic Sales Manager to join our rapidly expanding team, on a full-time permanent basis. Working alongside our sales and marketing teams, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business, as well as maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
This is a full-time, permanent position. This is a remote role with UK travel required. We’re offering a competitive salary, bonus scheme and company car package.

Responsibilities:
1. Actively seeking new business with the ability to negotiate and convert leads.
2. Proactively developing and managing sales strategies, alongside the marketing department.
3. Working to KPI’s and managing own workload efficiently to achieve wider business objectives.
4. Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients with the view to retain a strong retention rate.
Required skills:
1. Proven experience within the coatings industry, with strong technical knowledge.
2. Self-motivated and driven.
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
4. Full UK Driving License and willingness to travel nationally.
