What skills and experience we're looking for
• Responsible for an effective level of security of buildings and grounds.
• General maintenance of the school site, including cleaning, clearing, organising and gritting.
• Liaising with contractors and professionals and assisting where necessary.
• General administration and record keeping, including documentation of statutory checks.
• Responsibility for various aspects of good health and safety across the school including fire safety, asbestos and legionella awareness.
• Support and direction of the premises team e.g. cleaners.
