We are looking for an People Data & Reward Analyst to manage and optimise our HR systems while providing insightful workforce analytics to support data-driven decision-making. This role will be responsible for maintaining HR technology, ensuring data integrity, generating reports, and delivering strategic insights to enhance our people strategy. The position will be based in our Liverpool Street offices with four days in the office 1 day working from home. The salary ranges from £45,000 - £55,000 discretionary bonus. Let's talk about the role. It involves: Design and implement people analytics strategies to provide insights on workforce trends, KPIs, employee engagement, retention, and more. Build dashboards and provide accurate reports that offer real-time, credible and actionable data for the People team, leadership, and other stakeholders. Provide data that supports decisions around hiring, talent management, performance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. Management and accountability for all Cascade data and reporting, workflows and data feeds Partner with internal teams to ensure data integrity, streamline processes, and enhance system functionality to meet the evolving needs of the business. Complete mandatory reports and surveys (such as Gender Pay Gap Report etc.) Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HR data with other business systems, ensuring a holistic view of workforce data. Prepare detailed reports on compensation trends, gender pay gaps, and reward effectiveness. Ensure compliance with UK employment laws, HMRC regulations, and internal governance standards. Reward Management Conduct compensation analysis, ensuring market competitiveness, support benefits administration, and contribute to reward-related projects and policies. Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures. Support annual pay reviews, bonus schemes, and incentive plans through data analysis and reporting. Review and management of current commission schemes across the Group Assist in job evaluations and grading processes Provide recommendations on salary ranges, benefits, and reward schemes. Create a complete and comprehensive Group reward statement Support the design and implementation of reward policies in alignment with company objectives. Assist in developing pay structures, incentives, and recognition schemes that drive performance. Analyse reward data to provide insights and recommendations for HR and leadership teams. Ensure data integrity within HR systems and maintain accurate records of compensation and benefits. Benefits administration: Work with external providers to manage employee benefits (pensions, private healthcare, etc.). Provide guidance to employees on reward and benefits-related queries. Support the communication of reward initiatives through HR systems, presentations, and reports.
