To support this vital work, we’re recruiting for a Community Works Operative. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking organisation where your skills will help to maintain the communities our customers live in, supporting our vision of Great Homes, Services, People, and Communities.
The Role
As a Community Works Operative, you’ll:
Work as part of the Grounds Maintenance team to deliver exceptional customer service and experience.
Collect and dispose of litter and debris from designated areas in line with waste disposal regulations.
Understand and follow risk assessments and method statements.

About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has experience in a semi-skilled manual labour role
Has an understanding of Health and Safety legislation
Has an understanding of the safe use of relevant products and equipment required for the role
