The role:
As part of our ongoing commitment to growth, our new Talent Acquisition Consultant at Koda Staff will identify and attract high performing recruiters for our teams in both the UK (London) and the USA (Miami).
This requires a pro-active approach, working closely with the Managing Directors and senior managers to ensure you understand their requirements. Key to your success is the ability to engage with passive candidates, utilising LinkedIn Recruiter and head-hunting techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Full ownership and management of the internal recruitment life cycle of the business
2. Overseeing and executing growth strategies in both London and Miami
3. Collaboration with Directors, Senior Managers and Stakeholders within the business to assist with expansion plans
4. Identifying, headhunting and attracting talent
5. Networking within the industry and identifying opportunities for growth
6. Working as part of a multi-disciplinary team to promote the Koda Staff brand within the industry
Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in agency recruitment
2. Strong understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong organizational and project management skills.
5. High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Positive mindset, excellent communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
7. Expert use of tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM systems, AI tools etc.
