If so, we are currently looking for a Registered Manager for our client who aim to provide children in care with an environment as close to a regular family home as possible. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in a residential setting with EBD NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management (or willing to work towards Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification) Minimum 3 years' experience working in children's residential RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for the management of safeguarding children and young people, risk and service governance Lead and manage the home, ensuring high standards of care are maintained and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Supervise and support staff members, providing guidance and training as necessary to enhance their skills. Develop and implement individual care plans tailored to each child's unique needs.
