Location: Harlow, Essex (with UK wide travel)
Hours: Full Time (Hybrid) (Flexibility required due to attendance of third-party premises / events) (overnight stays as required)
Are you ready to lead the charge in Security Integrated Systems? SCCI Alphatrack is on the lookout for a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion across integrated security solutions such as Door Entry, Access Control, CCTV, and Gates & Barriers. This position plays a pivotal role in driving sales, shaping our certification journey, and building relationships that matter.
The role
* Deliver end-to-end certification process for establishing the company as a certified integrated systems provider
* Analyse projects to determine the scope of work, materials, and resources required
* Identify opportunities and drive sales of defined integrated systems particularly into new build and residential markets/sectors
* Capitalise on existing client networks and growing relationships to optimise sales
* Efficiently use CRM for generating, recording, and reporting of leads, opportunities, conversion rates and market / product trends
* Establish brilliant rapport with suppliers, managing relationships, including negotiation of price and service terms
* Complete sales administration as required
Key requirements
* Sound knowledge of British Standards for relevant systems required
* Previous experience in a similar sales environment
* Excellent knowledge of products and systems relevant to our offering, including CCTV, Door Entry, Access Control, Gates & Barriers
* Presentable and credible to internal and external customers
* Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
* Proficiency in estimation software and tools
* Flexibility of time to accommodate travel requirements
* Lives within an hour commute of our Harlow office
* Knowledge of Data Networks would be a distinct advantage
