Willmott Dixon have an excitingnew opportunity for two Assistant Proposals Managers to join ourLondon & East construction business. These roles are vitalto supporting our business growth strategy and ensuring that ourwin team continues to secure new projects within theregion.
Ourmain office is in Hitchin Hertfordshire and we deliver projectsacross multiple sectors within north London the northern homecounties and East Anglia. This will be a hybridrole.
Withinthe role you will beresponsible for assisting and coordinating proposalsteams to produce winning submissions. Youwill support the submission ofconsistent high quality engaging proposals that delight ourcustomers.
TheProject
Withinthis role you will be responsible for supporting the win strategyand coordinating the proposal content. The role willinvolve:
* Assistingwith research into appropriate proposal opportunities.
* Overseeingthe relevant portals and ensure that submissions are made in linewith the requireddeadlines.
* Actingas a key point of contact for internal teams in relation tocreating the correct proposal content.
* Beingresponsible for coordinating timely responses for proposal contentfrom the relevant people within the business.
* Workingwith colleagues in graphic design to coordinate the presentation ofthe submission.
* Workingacross multiple projects supporting multiple teams in theproduction of quality bids.
Requirements
Essential:
* Ableto use Microsoft suite of office programmes including Excel WordOutlook and Project.
* Understandingof the different proposalprocesses.
* Strongwritten abilities/degree qualification.
Desired:
* Haveor working towards a Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM)qualification.
* APMPmembership andaccreditation.
* InDesign/Photoshopexperience.
