Long Term Futures is thrilled to be working with a secondary school in Waltham Forest led by a forward-thinking Headteacher who is passionate about creating an inclusive and supportive environment for both students and staff. The school is seeking a Behaviour Mentor who is proactive, dedicated, and ready to inspire positive change in students who face barriers to learning.

What You'll Be Doing:
Providing focused 1:1 mentoring and group interventions to support students struggling with behaviour or engagement
Developing and implementing strategies to help students manage their emotions and build resilience
Acting as a positive role model, inspiring students to reach their potential both academically and personally
Collaborating with teachers and the pastoral team to identify and address behaviour challenges effectively
Supporting students to reintegrate into lessons and school life, ensuring they feel valued and supported
Promoting a respectful and positive school culture through workshops, assemblies, and daily interactionsAbout the School:

A motivated individual with experience working with young people, particularly in a secondary school or youth-focused environment
Someone with a natural ability to connect with students and inspire positive behaviours
An excellent communicator who can work collaboratively with staff, students, and parents
A proactive, flexible approach to tackling challenges and supporting students' needs
Knowledge of behaviour management strategies and safeguarding practices is highly desirableDetails You Need to Know:
Full-time role, Monday to Friday
Paid £110 - £125 per day, term time only
Based in Waltham Forest, London
