Job Title: Assistant General Manager (Duty Manager) Level: 3B Salary: £26,000 - £30,700 depending on skills and experience Location: The Great Hall with Westgate Museum, Winchester Hours: 37 hours per week (with regular weekend working) Type of Contract: Permanent Referral Category: Category A Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? You’ll be leading the day-to-day operations across two of Winchester’s most iconic medieval buildings. You’ll lead a team of dedicated front of house staff and passionate volunteers to deliver a high-quality customer experience that leaves visitors excited to return. You'll make sure the venues are ready for anything, driving commerciality within your team and continuously strive for improvements to make this truly one of Winchester’s must-see attractions. A bit about you You’ll be an experienced people manager with a strong commercial and operational focus with a proven track record of producing high-performing, customer-focussed teams. As well as having a proactive and positive approach to your role, you will use your initiative to drive opportunities forward.
