Job Description
Early Years Practitioner – Full Time Vacancy Available between 7.30am-5.30pm Monday-Friday
A passionate and enthusiastic practitioner that will be dedicated to teaching children through play, from the ages of 6 weeks to five years old. Creating inspiring and curious environments and following the children’s interests to support a holistic approach to child development, enabling each unique child to thrive. Forming strong relationships with children and their families will be essential.
Salary – minimum of £12.00 per hour if qualified
Experience and Suitability
A relevant Level 2 or 3 childcare qualification or above would be desirable, however dedicated individuals who wish to develop their knowledge can discuss training options for their personal professional development and to meet the needs of the Nursery. An apprenticeship would also be considered.
Under the current pilot, newly qualified practitioners or those returning to the early years and childcare sector, who meet the relevant criteria will receive a £1000 tax free incentive following successful appointment, relevant verification checks and 3 months probationary period.
