This role will involve dealing with existing customers and offers variation within the role, allowing you to build relationships with customers, engineers, and other internal departments.

The Role of a Customer Service Advisor:
* Handling inbound calls from existing customers and addressing queries such as invoice queries and confirmation of engineers' site attendance
* Problem solving to ensure customer satisfaction
* Building relationships with customers, engineers, and other departments
* Updating the database with notes and necessary amendments
* Replying to customers via email
* Delivering a high level of customer service
