Job Title: Administrative Support – Permits & Data Entry (Temp to Perm)
Location: Kettering
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 16:00 PM
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team in a temp-to-perm role. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Applying for permits from various local authorities
Opening and closing permits in line with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Registering all works and maintaining accurate records
Providing back-office support for supervisors
Performing general administrative and data entry tasks as requiredWhat We’re Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Prior experience in permit applications, admin, or a similar role is beneficial but not essential
