Customer Service Advisor - 9 month Fixed-Term-Contract

£24,000 - £27,000
37.5 hours per week – shifts between Monday – Sunday (must be able to work half a day on a Saturday OR Sunday)

Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers and users via phone and email to troubleshoot and diagnose issues as well as provide guidance on our platform
Supporting an established Sales team to maintain and manage a class leading onboarding experience
Triaging the support inbox and assigning priority to issues based on a priority matrix
Writing and updating support cases on a ticketing system
Quality control of imagery output for our customers
Key Skills
Ideally 1 years of experience working within a customer service role
Good verbal and written communication skills both with customers and other team members.
Excellent telephone manner
General IT Competence
Advantageous but not essential:
Experience of working within video, imagery & software
Experience in handling customer complaints
Experience in customer relations and building rapport with customers
Basic IOS and web browser experience
