Role Overview
Working as part of the UK SOF, OF Europe team and collaborating closely with the Category Development and Marketing Manager, your main responsibilities will include:
1. Developing and implementing best-in-class eCommerce conversion marketing plans to grow Biscoff sales across SB, SS, IC & CF within UK retailers, including eTailers such as Ocado (excluding Amazon).
2. Building, maintaining, and developing a UK SOF Biscoff Digital Activation Toolkit to identify the most effective & cost-efficient .com “Conversion to Purchase” strategies & tactics for each customer, e.g., Paid Search, Banner Ads.
3. Managing all Retail Media Digital Marketing Activation providers (e.g., dh, Citrus).
4. Working alongside Retail NAMs to build & deploy the optimal e-Store within the customer remit.
5. Managing all aspects of BrandBank.
6. Ensuring flawless, end-to-end planning, management, and execution of individual eCommerce campaigns.
7. Building and maintaining a comprehensive eCommerce PCA Performance Insights library.
8. Managing all aspects of virtual eCommerce investment budgets across NAM/Marketing budgets.
Profile

* Best-in-class, continuous digital marketing experience with challenger/small to medium FMCG brands.
* Minimum of 3-5 years of practical hands-on experience in eCommerce & digital activation.
* Extensive, hands-on experience with at least two of the top 7 FMCG retailers.

* Excellent communication skills with proven presentation abilities to retailers and internal senior personnel.

Specific Knowledge
* Highly advanced user of key eCommerce activation platforms (e.g., Citrus).
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).

* Excellent interpersonal skills.
* Ability to thrive within a highly networked team.
* Experience working with/influencing European colleagues is advantageous.
Education
This role requires travel to customer meetings at head offices throughout the UK. The position is based in Wilmslow, Cheshire.
