Responsibilities

2. Conduct thorough data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making.
3. Develop process maps and workflows using tools such as Visio to visualise current and future state processes.
4. Utilise programming languages such as VBA, Python, R, and SQL to manipulate data and generate reports.
5. Facilitate meetings and workshops with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project objectives.
6. Assist in project management activities by tracking progress, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables are met.
7. Provide recommendations based on analysis to drive business improvements and operational efficiency.
8. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business analysis.
Experience
1. Proven experience in business analysis or a related field is essential.
2. Strong proficiency in data analysis skills with hands-on experience using SQL for database querying.
3. Familiarity with programming languages such as VBA, Python, or R is highly desirable.
4. Experience with project management methodologies and tools is advantageous.
5. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
6. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
