Part time Delivery Driver/Customer Service
16 hours a week across Tuesday, Thursday, Friday. £14 per hour + bonus available
You’re a friendly and reliable Driver who’s keen to use your excellent customer service skills to join our team based out of Rugby. You’re physically fit and will play a vital part in helping serve customers and making them feel special while keeping our fleet of sunbeds in top condition.
Experience with our products isn't necessary as we will provide full training. If you bring great customer service and teamwork skills to the table, we'll give you everything you need to succeed.
You’ll be happy working independently as we are a very small team locally as part of a bigger organization nationwide. Your hours will be spread across Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday and be somewhat flexible. There will also be extra hours available sometimes.
We provide sunbeds for hire in people's homes and your day-to-day will involve delivering, collecting, and installing sunbeds, maintaining the beds, and looking after our customers and sunbeds!
Some of your responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional service to customers
* Maintaining and looking after our sunbeds (full training will be provided)
* Making deliveries to customers in and around the local area (within 1 hr radius of Rugby) driving our company van
* Setting up and taking down our sunbeds, politely and respectfully in customers' homes
* Building strong relationships with customers to foster repeat custom and provide a comprehensive service
* Keeping our beds and van organized and safe
* Taking pictures and videos of our beds for social media content

* Familiar with the surrounding area
* Full clean manual driving licence

* Previous driving experience
