This role is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional seeking to develop or further a career in treasury. WHAT YOU'LL DO Daily liquidity management, including operation of revolving credit facilities, dealing of derivatives, deposits, FX and associated payments Bank loan and capital markets debt compliance reporting (including securitisation) Treasury Operations reporting (including monitoring derivatives portfolio and bond valuations), counterparty exposure monitoring, Derivatives Committee papers and analysis Management of debt security asset pools, e.g. ongoing compliance and reporting to Trustee, property charging, releases and substitutions Maintenance of treasury management system (currently City Financials) and review of system reports Contribute to Treasury Operations improvements to processes and systems Input into financing and interest rate management strategy and implementation Assisting the wider Treasury team with banking transactions and capital market issuance as required Involvement with British Land's bank lender and other external relationships Documentation of ISDAs Compliance with and monitoring of relevant legislation Ad hoc projects including with other finance and property team colleagues across the business All with adherence to British Land policies, including Treasury Policy, Interest Rate Management Policy and Financing Policies and Principles ABOUT YOU Qualified Accountant, CFA or AMCT Advanced Excel and MS office skills High attention to detail with excellent numeracy and analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines Self-motivated, responsive and collaborative, team player Good communication skills Ability to produce well thought through, clearly set out reports and schedules OUR SHARED VALUES our values are what we stand for at British Land, they're not just a label on the door; they connect us every day to our vision, purpose, and strategy.
