Overview
We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical systems and be capable of working independently or as part of a team. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and efficiency of electrical installations and repairs in both residential and commercial settings.
Duties
1. Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in compliance with safety regulations.
2. Conduct inspections of electrical systems to identify hazards or malfunctions.
3. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
4. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
5. Collaborate with other tradespeople to ensure seamless project completion.
6. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
7. Adhere to all health and safety standards while performing duties.
Requirements
1. Relevant qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably in both residential and commercial environments.
3. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and circuitry.
4. Ability to read technical documents and schematics accurately.
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
6. Good communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members.
7. A valid driver's licence is preferred for travel between job sites.
8. Certification in health and safety practices related to electrical work is advantageous.

Job Type: Temp to perm
Contract length: 2 months
Pay: £20.00-£25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
