A well respected and progressive law firm in Tunbridge Wells is looking for an experienced legal secretary to join their private client advisory team.
Main responsibilities
1. Assist solicitors with all aspects of Wills, Estates & Tax Planning, including drafting correspondence, preparing legal documents, and managing client communications.
2. Maintain accurate and organised legal files.
3. Arrange appointments, book meeting rooms, and coordinate calendars.
4. Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner, redirecting as necessary and ensuring timely responses.
5. Provide general administrative support to the private client department, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
About you
1. You will be proficient in Word, Outlook, Excel, and other packages that may be relevant to the role.
2. Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within private client.
3. You must possess a high level of organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks.
4. You will be positive and professional.
